What laser do you use?
We use the Triton by Inmode, a medical-grade laser system designed to safely and effectively treat a wide range of skin tones. It uses multiple wavelengths to target both coarse and finer hair for optimal long-term reduction.
Is this IPL?
No. This is not IPL (Intense Pulsed Light). Triton is a true medical-grade laser system, which allows for deeper, more precise targeting of the hair follicle.
How many sessions will I need?
Most clients require 6-8 sessions for permanent hair reduction. Hair grows in cycles, and laser is most effective during the active growth phase.
How far apart are treatments spaced?
Face: every 4-6 weeks
Body: every 6-8 weeks
Your schedule will be customized during your consultation.
Is it safe for darker skin tones?
Yes. The Triton system is designed to safely treat multiple Fitzpatrick skin types when properly assessed and customized.
A consultation and skin assessment is performed prior to treatment.
Can I do laser after waxing or sugaring?
You must wait at least 4 weeks after waxing or sugaring before starting laser treatments to allow the hair follicle to regenerate.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Shave the treatment area 24 hours prior
Avoid sun exposure and tanning
Avoid self-tanner
Avoid active skincare (retinol, AHA/BHA on treatment area
Full pre-care instructions are provided before your appointment.
Do you offer single sessions?
We focus on treatment packages to ensure proper results and consistency.
How do I secure my appointment?
A $50 deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit is applied toward your treatment. Package payments are due at your first appointment. We accept debit, credit, e-transfer & financing (must be pre-approved prior to appointment)

What is Forma?
Forma is a non-invasive radiofrequency (RF) skin tightening treatment designed for the face and neck. Designed to improve
skin laxity, texture, and overall firmness by stimulating collagen and elastin within the deeper layers of the skin.
Common areas include cheeks, jawline, neck, nasolabial folds
and peri-orbital region.
Forma PLus - Body
A deeper RF treatment deigned for body areas to address skin laxity, improve firmness, and enhance skin quality in areas such as the abdomen, arms, thighs, and flanks.
How does RF Skin tightening work?
Radio frequency energy gently heats the deeper layers of the skin to a therapeutic temperature. This controlled heat stimulates collagen and elastin production, leading to firmer, tighter
looking skin over time.
How many sessions do i need?
For best results, a series of 4-6 treatments is typically recommended, spaced about 1 week apart. Collagen continues to remodel for several weeks after your final session.
When will i see results?
Some clients notice mild tightening immediately. However,
the most visible improvements develop gradually over several weeks as collagen production increases.
Is there downtime?
There is little to no downtime. You may experience mild redness immediately after treatment which typically resolves within a few hours.
Is it safe for all skin types?
Yes. RF treatments are safe for all skin tones!
Who is a good candidate?
RF skin tightening is ideal for clients who:
Have mild to moderate skin laxity
Want non-surgical tightening
Want to improve jawline or body firmness
Prefer no downtime treatments
POLICIES
BROW POLICY
Touch up rates is for current clients only. If brows were previously tattooed elsewhere, regular rates apply. Touch ups are mandatory between 6-8 weeks after initial appointment. This session is crucial for the best results. Additional third touch up may be needed for oily, problematic skin or those with dark pigmented skin and people who do not FOLLOW AFTERCARE after care instructions properly regular touch rate is applied.
RESULTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED
Healed results will vary with each individual client. The final shape is completely your decision, and the treatment will not begin until you approve the shape and colour. While strictly adhering to the aftercare instructions is crucial, we have no control over the healing process and make NO GUARANTEES of how the healed results will look. The average two treatments is enough to obtain natural results if you require a third touch up regular touch up rate is applied.
No children or anyone under 18
Children are not allowed in the treatment area. Due to the nature of our detailed artistic services, we do not need any distractions. We kindly request that you respect our no guest policy unless given prior approval from a technician.
Cancellations
A 48hr notice of cancellation is required or you will be charged a fee of 50% of your appointment.
pRICING
Please note that prices are subject to change overtime. We will always honour the pricing that was applicable at the time the client booked their appointments.
LATE POLICY
If you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment time, we reserve the right to deny you (as our time for your appointment will be limited). A 50% charge of your booking service will be applied. Our schedules are made only through requested bookings. We hope our time, as well as yours, can be respected. Thank you for your cooperation!
tIPPING
Tips usually average between 10-25% of treatment price. Tipping is not required, but is appreciated and goes directly to your Artist. These can be given in cash or charged to your card.
REFUND POLICY
NO REFUNDS AVAILABLE, if you choose us as your artist you must follow the steps to completing the process properly for the best results. Appointments are gone through very thoroughly, time is not rushed and we follow the clients feedback during the session to make sure these are the best results for you. For this reason, refunds are not available.
